Excellent hotel with genuine customer service. The facilities (rooms, wellness) of the hotel are exellent. Same applies as well for the food. What I especially liked is the customer centricity and certain small details like the Turkish delight in the wellness area. Only (small) negative thing I can say is that the hotel is close to the road.

We had the best holiday in this hotel.beautiful room with lots of space, very clean. the family owners are very kind and very professional. Breakfast was excellent and when we came back from skiing in the afternoon there was a big buffet waiting for us ☺Evening meal was spectacular from starter to sweet amazing quality all on decorative plates.wines and grappa excellent.

I served today the lunch at The restaurant, at about 2pm. It was quite busy, but the food has been served in acceptabile time and it was very good. The disapoitment come when I had to do the payment, not because of the price, but because the responsabile person was very slow and just served the customers based on his own preferences and not based on the queue order. It was clearly a racism situation. If you don't respect all your customers, don't expect me to go back there or to recommend it further. 5 start for the food, 0 for payment procedure.

Really a beautiful place! It's very elegant and you can eat something special and drink some really good wine. It's not cheap (it's really not...), But it's worth it.
